The Valley Craft Box Dumper (F89014) with a 230V motor, 51” x 48” chute, 4,000 lb. capacity, and 72” dump height is built for efficient and safe dumping of heavy materials while minimizing operator fatigue. Designed to work with gaylords, crates, tubs, and other containers, the unit features a 51”W x 48”D chute and a spring-loaded hold down bar, adjustable in 2” increments, to accommodate container heights from 30” to 56”. With a dump height of 72” and a chute raised 12” off the ground, containers are easily loaded using a forklift. The unit is constructed from heavy-duty 7-gauge steel and is powered by a 3-phase, 60 Hz, 230V, 2HP motor. Operation is controlled by a 20’ corded pendant with magnetic back, completing a powered dump cycle in under 60 seconds with a gravity return. Dual flow hydraulic controls ensure smooth performance and extended equipment life. Added safety features include predrilled floor mounting holes and caution decals along the chute.
