  • Usage data: pages viewed, products viewed, searches, referring URLs, IP address, browser and device type.
  • Cart activity: we record items added to your cart, and if you begin checkout and provide an email but don't finish, we may send you a reminder about your cart (with an opt-out link).

Payment information

We do not collect or store card, bank, or crypto payment credentials. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; your payment details go directly from your browser to Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy. Financing applications go directly to Affirm/Klarna via Stripe and are governed by their privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain order and invoice records as required for tax, accounting, and warranty purposes (typically 7 years). Quote and inquiry records are kept while relevant to serving you. You may request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep.

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Order data is stored in access-controlled databases on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Payment credentials never touch our servers. No system is 100% secure; we will notify affected customers of any breach as required by law.

Our site sells industrial equipment to businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

International Visitors

Our services are operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.
