Valley Craft’s F80170A0 Box Dumper is built to improve workplace efficiency and safety with its powerful, ergonomic design. It features a spacious 51" x 48" chute, supports up to 6,000 lbs., and offers a 72" dump height to handle a variety of containers including gaylords, totes, tubs, and cartons. The spring-loaded hold-down bar adjusts in 2" increments to secure containers between 30" and 56" tall, while the 12" elevated chute allows for easy forklift access. Operated by a 460V, 3-phase, 2HP motor, the powered dump cycle is controlled using a 20' corded pendant and completes in less than 60 seconds. For added control, operators can stop or resume the cycle at any time. A dual-flow hydraulic control system ensures smooth, balanced performance. Constructed from heavy-duty 7-gauge steel with a green powder coat finish, the F80170A0 is designed for long-term durability. Floor-mounting holes and safety decals are included, and the unit ships fully assembled and ready to use.
